Yes. UltraEx is deemed an “essential business” so we have never ceased operations.

We are open 24/7/365 with live, in-house customer care and dispatch teams available at all times. You will always have an UltraEx employee answering your call and transporting your shipment.

We can deliver anything from envelopes to pallets and everything in between.

Our operations are set-up to handle “on-demand” orders 24/7/365. If you have an extremely time sensitive shipment, you may want to call ahead of time so we can accommodate your pick up and delivery window.

Yes. We can set you up to receive an electronic proof of delivery (e-pod) which will send you an email immediately after delivery. You can also get the delivery information through your online account site.

Yes. We are open 24/7/365 so you can place an online order at your convenience. All orders are automatically sent to our in-house dispatch team.

Yes. You have the option of placing your order online or calling in, which ever you prefer. Call in orders can be placed at 800-882-1000, option 1.

You can track it a couple of ways; call us at 800-882-1000, option 1, have your tracking# available and our customer support team will be glad to help you. You can also get a status check from your UltraEx online account.

Yes, you should include company name, delivery address, attention to person’s full name and phone, if appropriate. This will help get the package delivered promptly and to the right person.

Package it as if you were to ship it via us mail, ups or FedEx. If it’s fragile, bubble wrap or secure it to help prevent damage. Pallets should be appropriately shrink wrapped.

We accept all major credit cards.

Our diverse fleet consists of courier trucks with enclosed camper shells, vans, cargo vans, sprinter vans and bobtails with lift gates for your heavier or bulky shipments. All company owned with our logo prominently displayed.

No. All of our drivers are “company-employed” with full benefits including health insurance, overtime pay, lunch breaks, regular breaks and optional 401k participation. With assembly bill 5 (ab5) still a law, you will have the comfort of knowing UltraEx is in full compliance and has been since our beginning in 1981.

Yes. All of our drivers are required to be in full uniform, from shirts, pants, jacket and if they choose an UltraEx hat. They are also required to wear our company issued photo id badge.

Yes to both. Before they are even hired, they must first get a background check and pass the drug test.

We were established in 1981 and our management team has over 100 years in combined experience in the courier business.

Yes, we have several levels of service available to you including exclusive/stat, which is our fastest service, now for 3-hour service and an economical express service with a 5-hour time frame *each level of service has conditions and parameters associated.

Yes. Just let us know at the time you place the order that’s “it’s okay to leave without a signature.” We’ll place your package in a secure/hidden place or a predetermined spot of your choosing.
